Chainsaw Man is an explosive manga series that you cannot miss. You name it, Action, Thrill, Comedy, Gore, Chainsaw Man is the epitome of this genre.

One day, when Himeno, Aki, Denji, and other demon hunters entered a restaurant, they were greeted by a man who wanted revenge on Denji. Things quickly got out of hand when the man revealed the devilish power of his katana.

The fight started between Chainsaw Devil (Denji) and Katana Man, and in that crossfire Himeno was shot in the chest. Although for the first time it was not fatal.

In order to control the situation, he released the ghost demon he had a contract with. That's why he always wears an eyepatch. She sacrificed her right eye to obtain devil spirit powers.

When everything failed and the situation got out of control,She sacrificed her entire body to unlock the Spirit Devil's full ability. And that, she lost her body and probably her soul as well to the very demon she once controlled.

There are three female characters throughout the Chainsaw Man series that catch Denji's eye. First it's Makima, then it's Power, and finally it's Reze. No, Kobeni doesn't fall into that category as Denji has never seen her up close like the three above.

He first met Denji as an unknown girl when they were stuck in the rain. And in moments of interaction, Denji had taken a liking to it. They became very close until she revealed herself.

After their time together, Reze went on and kissed Denji only to reveal that he had bitten his tongue. The image above is the exact moment after it happened.

Denji immediately grasped the situation and unleashed his chainsaw powers. Reze is revealed to be a Soviet agent who came to Denji. She completely overpowers him in battle, severely injuring him.

A fierce battle ensues between Reze and many other fel hunters. Countless die.

But how did he die when he dominated most of the felhunters? After the incident, Denji countered her attack and tried to calm her down. In the last few panels, we see that while Reze is a Soviet agent, she has developed partial feelings for Denji.

Finally, he tries one last time to find Denji, but before he can meet him,Makima appears and you can already understand what happened after that!

(3) Ray (Devil Shark)

Beam or Shark Fiend as you like to call him is the friend you would always want in your life. Beam's appearance is the head of a shark and the body of a human. Like his physical appearance, his personality is also eccentric.

He sees Denji or Texas Chainsaw Devil as his leader and always wants to be with him.

Beam even if a Fiend is affiliated with the Devil Hunters Association. He doesn't have a big role to play in the series, but at times he was the reason Denji survived.

After Reze attacked Denji and severely injured him, it was Beam who picked him up and fled. If he hadn't been there then, who knows, maybe Reze would have taken Denji to the Soviet Union.

Kishibe is possibly the oldest of all demon hunters. In one panel of the manga, we see that he entered as a demon hunter at a young age. The image below is from when he started his career as a demon hunter.

It is never revealed how many battles he won against the demons, but from his current appearance it is clear that from the beginning of his new life he was tough and too powerful (or maybe just smart) to defeat.
